Lumen Concierge charges a $80 Delivery Fee and a 20% Service Fee.

A $20 Authorization is charged at checkout as a refundable deposit. Guests staying more than 20 minutes away from downtown Asheville may incur a higher delivery fee, which will be added to the final grocery bill.
